Breakfast for champs?

Day 49: OatmealĀ 

We all know the benefits of oatmeal but you can’t deny that the taste is not appealing. I am trying to eat healthier especially for breakfast. I need something quick and easy because who has the time to make special time consuming breakfast in the morning?

I usually use the Quaker Instant Oatmeal but not the ones with added sugar 3 in 1 ones. I mix mine with just hot water and cut some fruits to go with it to add flavour and also nutrients. This is the easiest way to make something so bland like oatmeal to taste so much better. Oatmeal is a slow burning carbohydrate so that helps me stay full until lunch time at the office! I am currently experimenting with other ways to make oats interesting. Will post when I find something amazing. As for now, I am enjoying my oatmeal breakfast with fruits. Please give me suggestions if you have any!
